By accessing or using Resillator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Resillator is an AI-powered workspace platform that allows users to create, manage, and organize custom workspaces with entities, fields, statuses, and workflows. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit AI features
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data & Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service. We do not claim ownership over your data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

7. AI Features

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate workspace configurations, provide suggestions, and assist with data management. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before relying on them.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resillator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
