Workspace data: Entities, fields, statuses, and other content you create within the Service
Usage data: How you interact with the Service, including pages visited and features used
Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
To process transactions and manage subscriptions
To send important service-related communications
To provide AI-powered features (workspace generation, auto-fill, summarization)
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. AI Data Processing

When you use AI features, relevant workspace data is sent to our AI providers (Anthropic) to generate responses. This data is processed in real-time and is not used to train AI models. We send only the minimum data necessary for each AI request.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service providers: Hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), payments (Stripe), AI (Anthropic)
Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
Team members: Workspace data is shared with members you invite to your workspace

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure database hosting, and access controls. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access and export your data (CSV export is available in-app)
Correct inaccurate information in your account settings
Delete your account and associated data
Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
