What counts as an entity?+
Any record you create — a lead, a deal, a product, a task, an invoice line, a contact. If you'd put it in a spreadsheet row, it's an entity.
Is pricing really per workspace, not per seat?+

Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Anytime, from Settings → Plan & Billing. Upgrades prorate immediately, downgrades take effect next cycle, and cancelling keeps your data viewable.
